Following is a menu (not necessarily all-inclusive) of services Howard can provide to your CPA firm:

  • Review of, or drafting assistance with, client financial statements, note disclosures and other content of SEC filings, such as management’s discussion and analysis
  • Development of internal quality control policies, procedures, customized practice aids and inspection materials
  • Assistance with planning and performing internal quality control inspections
  • Assistance in preparing for or responding to (either in writing or discussions with staff) PCAOB or SEC investigations and reviewers’  comment letters regarding audits or client filings

  • Assistance in preparing for, and responding to findings of, peer reviews and PCAOB inspections, including Rule 4009 submissions

  • Preparing periodic technical news releases for staff or clients, customized to your firm’s practice needs
